By registering an account with zet77 or by using any part of the zet77 platform, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree, please do not use zet77.

Accepting These Terms

These Terms & Conditions form a binding agreement between you and zet77. They cover every part of the platform: slots, live casino, fishing games, crash games, sports betting, promotions, and customer support.

Who Can Use zet77

Your Account

Registration

You must provide a valid mobile number, a working email address, and accurate personal details when registering. zet77 uses these details to verify your identity and process payments. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.

Security

Your username and password are yours alone. Do not share them with anyone. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact us immediately at [email protected]. zet77 is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep login details secure.

One Account per Person

Opening more than one account is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are found, all associated balances and bonuses will be cancelled and both accounts will be closed.

Deposits & Minimum Amounts

zet77 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and Bank Transfer. All transactions are processed in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka).

zet77 does not charge a fee for deposits. However, your mobile banking provider may apply their own transaction charges. Always use your own registered mobile banking account — deposits from accounts in another person's name will not be credited and may be returned minus processing fees.

Withdrawing Your Winnings

Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. This is a standard anti-fraud measure.

KYC Verification

You must complete KYC verification before your first withdrawal is processed. Submit one of the following documents: National ID Card (NID), Passport, or Driving Licence. The review takes up to 24 hours. Withdrawals are held until verification is complete.

Bonus Rules & Wagering

zet77 offers several promotions including a first deposit bonus, reload bonuses, and a daily cashback programme. Each promotion has its own terms. The key rules that apply to all bonuses are listed here.

Bonuses are credited to your bonus wallet. Winnings generated from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met in full. zet77 may cancel any bonus it suspects was claimed through abuse or via multiple accounts.

Referral bonuses are credited as ৳500 per verified referral. The referred player must register, complete KYC, and make a qualifying deposit before the bonus is paid to the referrer.

Games & Fair Play

All games on zet77 are provided by licensed software suppliers including Ezugi, Red Tiger, Playtech, Spribe, and KA Gaming. Each game uses a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) or a live dealer setup. Published RTP figures are set by the game provider and are independently verified.

zet77 does not manipulate game outcomes. If you believe a game has malfunctioned, stop playing and contact support immediately. Bets placed during a confirmed malfunction are void and will be refunded at the original stake.

Prohibited Actions

The following actions are strictly forbidden on zet77. Engaging in any of them will result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, or both.

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.
• Colluding with other players in live casino or any competitive game format.
• Using stolen or unauthorised payment methods.
• Attempting to exploit bugs or glitches in any game or system.
• Misrepresenting your identity, age, or location during registration or KYC.
• Reselling or transferring funds from your zet77 account to another player.

Account Suspension or Closure

zet77 may suspend or close your account at any time if we have reasonable grounds to believe you have breached these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraud, or are using the platform in a way that harms other players or the integrity of our services.

You may also close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure (after any bonus deductions) will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to the standard withdrawal process and KYC requirements.

Limits on Our Liability

zet77 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. We work to maintain uptime, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. We are not liable for losses that result from:

• Planned or unplanned maintenance periods.
• Internet connectivity issues on your side.
• Errors in information provided by third-party game suppliers.
• Events outside our reasonable control (force majeure).

Our total liability to you in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the amount you deposited in the 30 days prior to that incident.

Updates to These Terms

zet77 may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If the changes are significant, we will notify registered users by email or via an in-platform message.

Continuing to use zet77 after a change has been published means you accept the updated terms. If you disagree with a change, you should stop using zet77 and contact us to close your account.
