04 My mobile number changed. How do I update it?
Log in while you still have access to your old number. Go to Account Settings → Personal Details → Change Mobile Number. zet77 sends an OTP to both the old and the new number to confirm ownership of each. Complete both verifications and the new number becomes your login ID going forward. If you have already lost access to the old SIM, you must contact [email protected] and provide a copy of your National ID Card to verify identity before the number can be changed remotely.
05 Does zet77 login work outside Bangladesh?
